We understand that these are uncertain times, and we know that flexibility is key to ensuring you feel confident when booking a holiday with us. With this in mind, we have a Covid-19 booking promise so you can book your next trip with confidence.

Flexible booking terms

For new bookings on selected holidays we offer the following flexibility in the event of holidays affected by Covid-19*.

Refund guarantee
Book a new holiday with us and if you are unable to travel as a result of Covid travel restrictions*, we will guarantee you a full refund of your deposit.

In addition, if we are unable to operate your holiday for any reason you will have the option to postpone, choose an alternative holiday, or receive a FULL refund.

This means that you can book your next holiday with complete peace of mind.

We offer flexible terms for new bookings on selected trips to ensure you feel confident that your holiday arrangements can be postponed or amended, if necessary, due to Covid travel restrictions*.

We will endeavour to set out the degree of flexibility that we can afford for your holiday at the time of booking, your travel specialist will discuss the options available when you enquire. We do not currently charge any amendment fees. Any new holiday arrangements are subject to availability and seasonal rate differences apply.  

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommended you take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday which offers full Covid-19 cover. In the event of a cancellation claim we will request that you approach your insurance company for a refund in the first instance.

Complete Financial Protection
All client payments are made into a secure 3rd party trust account provided by Protected Trust Services. The account is administered by independent trustees who ensure your funds are only used towards payments for your booking. All monies held in trust are fully financially protected. Therefore you can have total peace of mind knowing you are fully financially protected.

Date changes and postponements are subject to availability and any seasonal rate differences or non-recoverable costs.
If you choose to cancel your holiday as you no longer wish to travel our standard booking conditions apply.

Covid-19 related travel restrictions are defined as:
  • Your destination being on a UK government travel ‘red list’;
  • Your destination requiring quarantine on arrival; or
  • FCDO advising against travel to your destination.
