Space and Astronomy related tours

Look up at the sky, into the great unknown of space with its millions upon millions of stars and galaxies. It is so infinite, so far away. We aim to close that gap - or as much as we can by keeping your feet planted safely on Earth - with these space and astronomy themed tours. From rare astronomical events such as solar eclipses and meteor showers, to rocket launches and observatory visits, discover what lies beyond our sky on an out-of-this-world tour.

Feel the ground rumble beneath your feet as a rocket takes off at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, witness the sun get blacked out from the most off-the-beaten-track locations on Earth, and learn about the planets of our solar system and the stars that form iconic constellations. These tours have been carefully created to give you a five star experience.

Kazakhstan Rocket Launch

Start your space adventure as you visit the Baikonur Cosmodrome and museum. See rockets being made, visit where Yuri Gagarian stayed the night before his launch, and learn about Soviet space-station history before witnessing a rocket launch! This tour also visits the ancient cities of Ak Orda and Otrar, the colourful chalky Aktau Canyon, the singing sand dune in Altyn Emel National Park, Kaindy Lake and finally Almaty.

CHILEAN SOLAR ECLIPSE

You'd be hard pressed to find a clearer sky than in Chile's Atacama Desert. You'd be even harder pressed to find a landscape that looks more like the surface of the moon than here too. Well the stars have aligned for any galactic geek because it also plays host to the 2020 solar eclipse. With a trifecta like this, it promises to be a real once in a lifetime expedition...

ANTARCTIC SOLAR ECLIPSE

As if one unique event in the form of an astronomical spectacle isn't enough, we decided to ramp it up by offering a tour to the frozen edge of Antarctica. If it's serendipity you seek, then seek no more...

Baikonur Cosmodrome & Soviet Space History

Explore the world's first and largest space launch complex on our extension to the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Witness the launch pads used by Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin in his Vostok I mission, which made him the first human being ever to enter space. Visit the Baikonur Cosmodrome Museum where you can immerse yourself in the world of cosmonautics.
